Why Invest with TVT?
While stocks and mutual funds have long been seen as great long-term investments, they have had terrible downturns in the last ten years, and offer no recourse when losses mount. TVT will give you a set return much higher than “safe” money market accounts, and the investor may elect to form a Limited Liability Partnership with TVT to hold a title interest in the property (or a lien on the property for smaller investments) in case there is a default. TVT holds a number of properties with large amounts of equity to back any loan commitment.
