Why is diversity important at Deloitte?

In order to attract, retain, and develop the best people who can provide the best solutions to our clients, Deloitte recognizes the need to make the workplace one that works for everyone. We put a lot of focus on this through Business Resource Groups, which are communities that are open to everyone and bring together individuals with similar interests to help with recruiting and professional development, as well as community and marketplace involvement. I recently attended a National Best Practices for Diversity conference, and we rated high on return for investment, meaning we have a lot of success attracting and retaining diverse candidates because this is a very important aspect of our culture at Deloitte and how we will continue to grow our business.
