Why is far infrared ray good for the health of human body?
In fact all material can emit energy waves under room temperature. In physics this is called the “blackbody radiation”. But the energy waves have different wavelengths and different effects to the human body. For example, when the wavelength of an ultraviolet ray is 320 nanometres, it may burn the skin. When the wavelength is 400 nanometres, it may cause the skin to yield sunspots. But those wave bands beneficial to the health of human body only happen to lie within a few narrow ranges that are synchronous with the wave emitted from human body.
