Why is Harrisons Good for Chyna?
The Harrison’s website says its family of products is organic and created by avian vets and nutritionists. There also is an “HBD Leaning Center” link (http://harrisonsbirdfoods.com/learningcenter/index.html) packed with information about why Harrison’s is best for birds, including “Five Reasons Your Bird Should Be Eating Harrison’s” which in brief, are: 1. Seed diets are nutritionally deficient 2. Harrison’s products are health food for birds 3. Harrison’s produces “ideal” birds with bright feathers who sing a lot 4. Certified organic ingredients 5. Made from premium grains and legumes Some of those points seem redundant to me, but Chyna absolutely fits the desciption of the “ideal bird” except that he’s become so fertile in his old age.
