Yes, it’s easier to remove fresh ink than older ink, but either one can be removed. Why? Because the ink has had a chance to really seep in. You can remove ink, tho…both old and new. The best ink remover I have ever found is Krud Kutter Graffiti Remover™. I tested Krud Kutter personally. It out-performed everything else for removing ink.
