Why is it important to conserve the natural resources?
Because if the earth runs out of natural resources, not all of them but just like say, fossil fuels, then you have to find a different thing to replace it. eg. solar power for fuel. But of course we know that oil is doomed to run out soon so say we run out of something which everyone takes for granted, like iron or something. There is tonnes of iron but it all runs out one day. And you have to consider that usage of these things will go up most likely with the growing population of the earth, and that things will get constructed with lots of iron. And there is only a limited amount of resources around, and if they are like oil and only get formed over millions of years, then we’re basically screwed in that department if we can’t find a replacement for that resource. Nothing physical lasts forever. Except for styrofoam.
