Why is it important to have an independent inspection at Practical Completion if the Builder and/or Certifier have already done an inspection?
A. An independent building inspection when the property has reached Practical Completion is important because it means you have an independent expert on your side. Certifiers and Council inspectors are only looking at their specific requirements. Our inspector will highlight any defects including cosmetic ones, incomplete or sub-standard workmanship in a comprehensive written Report.
