Why is lake disappointment in Australia called lake disappointment??

It is called Lake Disappointment because this is where the Austrailian government requires all Australian Olympic participants to train. If they come home without a medal they are forced to swim across the lake with bricks on their feet. Once they reach the other side, kangaroos with boxing gloves on await them. At this point they are so fatigued, it’s like watching American settlers conquor the Native Americans with their “Fire Sticks”. Once the kangaroos have their fill, the government cooks them a steak on the barbie, throws it in the lake, and then throws the Olympic failure in the lake. It’s really quite interesting. I think tickets to it sell quick.
