I REFER to yesterday’s report, ‘Truly Malaysian?’. I am appalled to read that Malaysian Tourism Minister Ng Yen Yen claims that laksa, nasi lemak, chilli crab, Hainanese chicken rice and bak kut teh are Malaysian dishes and accuses other countries of ‘hijacking’ them.
