Marijuana potency has increased by about 30 -40 percent. The reason is that the growers started to practice horticulture methods and would get rid of genetically inferior plants. They would keep the good plants and use only the best. They also started trimming the plants increasing the yield per plant. Trust me the potency is different as night and day between 1970 and 2007.
