ARKES uses Microsoft Outlook (mailbox) profile to retrieve Mailbox and Public Folder Information Store resource information and Public Folder client permissions. You can create and manage mailbox profiles after installing Microsoft Outlook or Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator Program. ARKES requires mailbox profiles to view resource reports in the user context specified in the mailbox profile.
