Peer to Peer download tools such as Kazaa, Limewire, and Bitorrent implement technologies that continue to use bandwidth even after you have finished your download session. This additional bandwidth usage is to no advantage to you or the rest of our customers, and actually will cause degradation of everyone's service. To minimize this impact we deprioritize this traffic within our network.  more
