Why is my email address not recognised?
Telegraph subscribers must first register to use the booking system. You can register your email address by going to http://www.media-promotions.com/telegraph_ticket_booking/user_reg.php. There are no tickets left for the film I want to see Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sometimes we have tens of thousands of tickets to offer and sometimes just a few hundred. We always ask our members to cancel tickets if they find they cannot make it to a film. Where that happens, the tickets are reallocated in real time so keep an eye out and keep coming back. I only booked one ticket but meant to book more You can book up to the maximum number for each film. If you have only booked one ticket then simply return to the booking site telegraph.co.uk/filmclub and book the additional ticket up to the maximum (usually two or four depending on the film).
