Why is Network Login stuck at the Connection page?

At the Connection page Network Login opens the pop-up Logout window before moving you off the temporary VLAN. Some browsers disable pop-up windows. If Network Login is prevented from opening the Logout window then it won’t transfer you to the permanent VLAN. You need to tell your browser to enable pop-up windows. Additionally, there appear to be problems with Macintosh computers that are not running OS 10.1. This issue is being looked at but we currently do not have a resolution for this.
