Why is re-certification optional and not mandatory?
Most ExpertRating certifications are taken by individuals who are either seeking jobs or who have been asked by their employers to get themselves certified. Many ExpertRating Certified Professionals have been demanding the introduction of a Certification Renewal policy, as a means of proving to their employers that their certification is still valid, even though it might have been obtained a long time ago.
