Why is the data in Epic and the data in Reg/ADT so different – why can they just be in sync?

Epic and Reg/ADT have different data models in other words, they are set up to look at the information differently. Where Epic is set up to look at as many coverages as you want, Reg/ADT is set up to have only 6 active coverages (Primary and Secondary for IP, OP, and Dental). You will also notice the data model differences when updating PTN, LNOK, and Guarantor information.
