A. This is typically due to the battery in the unit being almost completely depleted. To correct this, plug the AC power cable in the bottom of the unit. Once it is plugged in, press and release the Reset button on the back of the unit (there is a reset tool built into the top of the stylus- simply unscrew the top of the stylus). Now, let the unit charge for about two hours. If there are any instructions on the screen, follow them. If there are no instructions, this means you may HotSync, and you will be up and running. If the light is still flashing, there may be further troubleshooting that needs to take place.
