The NCIH will be an enabler. It will improve the equity and the quality of education in the state. It will improve efficiency and effectiveness. It will boost economic development efforts. And it has great potential in health care, from delivering better preventative medicine to lower health care delivery costs. The Highway will change the way data is moved in North Carolina, making its potential for aiding change truly great.
