The open source code on Source Forge is always a “work in progress.” Features and functionality tested there are experimental and offer a development test bed for the certified versions. You are welcome to develop and deploy at your own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the IPL license. We encourage our community to participate in the Open Source efforts and download and compile the open version, but our certification, load testing and final field testing is done on stable servers and the fully functional Borland compiled version. Certification is only provided for our purchased deployable products.
