• First use of Vac-U-Tube: Depending on how long the Vac-U-Tube has been idle, the plunger may be difficult to move upon first use. Solution: Move it. The inside of the Vac-U-Tube is coated with a lubricant during manufacturing. Remove the face plate and move the plunger up and down several times to re-coat the O-ring. • Plunger fails to move at all after cleaning the Vac-U-Tube: Because of close tolerances, the Vac-U-Tube plunger will not slide readily if the inside of the tube is not lubricated.
