– read on and find out! 4 September 2009 sees the launch of the city-wide joint commissioning strategy, which has been developed in partnership across all agencies with input from children, young people, parents and carers. The event will be held in the city centre at the Guildhall. If you are a parent, young person, carer, professional or just interested come along between 12 noon and 4pm to find out what is being planned to support Plymouth’s children and young people’s emotional well-being and mental health. The day will have lots of opportunities to discover more about the services and support available as well as loads of fun activities. The new joint strategy being launched by the Plymouth Children and Young People’s Trust responds to extensive consultation and local needs. It sets out how Plymouth can achieve both national and local expectations around emotional well-being and mental health. It covers four main outcomes for children, young people and their families: • Raised asp
