AH AHA! This is the tricky thing… I do not believe there is a large amount of negativity associated with introversion. However; I believe for every extrovert, there is an introvert who has hired him/her. It is about checks and balances. Being introverted does not make you strange, weird, shy, psycho, stupid, etc, etc. It simply makes you cautious of who you decide to open up to. Extroverts are the “go getters” of society and business, while introverts are the ones behind the scenes, pulling the strings and keeping things in order. I believe it takes BOTH personality types to make a business successful… Extroverts are simply more entertaining than introverts. Introverts can do a pretty decent job at entertaining themselves 😉 Personally, I myself am introverted but use humor and sarcasm to connect with other people.
