Why is there such limited parking for residents and guests?
The developer maximized the amount of land available to build houses and with the intent that all residents park in their driveways or garages. The streets, with the exception of some areas of Farrell Drive, are also not laid out in such a manner as to furnish much parking space. Therefore the Board of Directors have adopted parking rules that will allow for the easy passage of emergency vehicles and make whatever guest parking there is available equally to all and not just the few that live on Farrell Drive. These rules are backed up by the Deed Restrictions and enforced by towing the violators.
