Why is transporting pets to northern shelters so important?

Northern shelters lack the overwhelming numbers of homeless pets due to their strict spay/neuter laws and regulations on pet registering. Because of these laws, pets that are transported to these shelters are almost always adopted in a number of days. Please support our efforts to transport as many of these homeless pets as possible this holiday season. Thank you so much for your support in advance!
