There are much fewer players signing up for U16. There is a big drop-off when kids get to high school. Because there are so few teams (boys had just two and girls had three last year), it is impossible to maintain the club boundaries (adobe, coastal and valley). So, we just mix them all up and try to balance the teams skill wise.
