Why is VuRoom not working?
If the VuRoom icon is red in color , it indicates that VuRoom is currently inactive. This may be due to any one of the following: • No network connection – Please make sure that you are connected to the internet • Skype is inactive – Please make sure that you are logged into Skype • Skype status is Online – Please make sure it is not Away or Do not Disturb • VuRoom is denied permission to use Skype – Please follow the steps below to allow access • Click on Skype->Account->Manage API Clients • Click on “Change” for VuRoom • Click on “Allow this application to use Skype” • Skype id is either not registered or the subscription has expired Once the steps above are taken care of, the VuRoom icon should show an active state .
