I also agree. They have it for sale with a range $875 – $999K but it always seems to be advertised at $999K. Perhaps if they advertised it at the low end instead of the high end they would be more successful. It seems that every time they drop the price they are behind the curve instead of in front of “the dropping curve”. I would think that if they were more proactive about selling it they would do this. I’ve been told that the people doing this are selling their homes!
