Why isn Convo counting replies for one of my comment threads?

There are a few possible reasons: You added a blog post to Convo, but not its comment thread. As a rule of thumb, it’s a comment thread if the comments are visible on the page. This is usually either at the post’s permalink or in a popup comment window. If you don’t have a status bar with the “Add to Convo” button in a popup comment window, you can still add the thread manually by right-clicking on the page and selecting “Add to Convo” from the context menu. The blog site or LiveJournal has been customized in a way that prevents Convo from recognizing individual comments. The thread is on a blogging system that Convo doesn’t understand. (Please let us know if there’s a blogging or forum system you’d like Convo to support.) Your thread is a friends-locked LiveJournal post, and the Tracker doesn’t have permission to access that page.
