Why isn Denmark, Estonia or *Insert country here* included?
It’s the water. The sea divides Denmark, Estonia and the rest of Europe from the included countries. All except for Soviet Union which shares a border with Finland and Norway. Since this is an alternate history with a Cold War that didn’t end in 1991 this means there is a real hot zone where Leningrad used to be and people likely to be hostile to Valhalla in the region.
