Why isn the Laser Spine Institute in contract with any insurance providers?
LSI chooses not to be in contract (or in network) with any insurance companies in order to avoid back billing our patients after they have had surgery here. We have an entire billing department that will work diligently to secure the maximum reimbursement for each patient on their behalf that each insurance company and plan will allow. As part of this added benefit to the billing department, we have an appeals department that will use historical research to maximize your reimbursement.
