Why Moons crates do not reflect sunlight in the same motion as the rest of the surface?

Craters aren’t flat so they don’t reflect light the same as the flat surface. Some craters have been filled with dark lava, so they are darker than the surrounding terrain. Not sure what you mean by “the same motion” – the craters on the moon don’t move.
