Why not a traditional Christmas meal?
Our priority in arranging this was as a social get-together. The Hare and Hounds do offer a Christmas menu, but it is not available on Sundays. By offering choice from the normal main menu or carvery, you are able to select according to your own tastes, appetite and budget, rather than pick from a limited choice and perhaps spend more than you would like. We need to set a cap of 30, as this is the maximum that can be seated together, and having us spread all over the pub would defeat the social object of the event. The minibus has a maximum capacity of 16 passengers per trip. The first collection will be at Charmouth at 12 noon, the meal will commence at 1.30 and the return journeys will start at around 3.
