Why only “English – Hearing Impaired”?

There is German – Hearing Impaired also. I don’t know why other languages aren’t separated into Normal and Hearing Impaired (HI) – do other languages have different subtitles for Hearing Impaired ? Personally, I don’t find it so advantageous to have Normal and Hearing Impaired separated on the website – it sometimes means having to search twice.
