Why prefabricate homes?
Any product today is a result of an industrial process and can be transported around the world. Buildings should not be different than any other product and therefore from now on be manufactured in a production facility. Otherwise it would have been like building a car in its own parking space or an airplane at the airport. Dynamic Architecture allows to produce any kind of design solution in the workshop and then assemble it on the site. The preassembled finished units arrive to the site finished and require only to be hooked onto the core. In these buildings you can do immediate maintenance.
