Why publish sensational photo of Saddam?
Breakfast on a nice Saturday morning, the paper’s front page marked by a shrimp story and the “Diploma sea” (News, May 21). Searching for the story, I unfolded the front page – and no more nice Saturday breakfast. Instead, I felt outrage over the picture of Hussein in his underpants staring up at me from directly below the photo of students smiling as they received their diplomas. How low can you get, copying the Sun picture anywhere? But what a choice of placement. You just gave this country many more black points in the eyes of the world. And do you really think the graduates appreciate this placement? I had not considered you a tabloid paper until now.
