Faster Service – Most repairs can be completed in under 3 hours, (Instead of sitting in a shop for months). No further damage to the customer’s home or furniture moving it. No pick up & delivery charges or storage fees. In most cases, the client can continue to use the piece, if they have to wait for parts to be mailed, (Instead of sitting in a shop). We can also pick up and work on products in our shop if you prefer, however, pick up, delivery charges, and storage fees apply for all In-Shop repairs. In-Shop repairs are handled by Blackmon Design. Two Are Better Then One! We have teamed up with our business partners, Blackmon Design, to offer our client’s even greater service, more service technician’s to help you, and an even greater and wider variety of On-Site Services. Both FurnTech and Blackmon Design have undergone some of the same training for over a decade, so you can be sure you get the same great service from both companies.
