Why should people give money to animal charities when there are more worthy human ones?
If you claim there are more ‘worthy’ human ones then I doubt you have seen some of the full horrors of what happens to animals. I don’t want to give people nightmares but for example animals in the fur trade are locked in a cage, then have their heads smashed against a concrete floor (to attempt to stun them) before having their entire skin slowly cut off. Then they are left to die. Or animals in laboratories are poisoned, gassed, burnt alive, crushed… all kinds of horrible things. Stuff like that. I can imagine why you would think human causes are more ‘worthy’ and there ARE many worthy causes dedicated to them… but you will find animals generally get treated even worse.
