Why single family homes (SFHs)?

So customer demand is the chief driver of this business. As you know, no business can survive without customers. We now have the largest potential customer base in our history. In addition, there is not a lot of competition for SFHs among large real estate investment trusts and other large investment groups. Lack of well-funded competition increases our profits.
