Why small fiber balls tend to appear in Joymain Far-Infrared textiles?

0

The embedded Joymain far-infrared materials can only be carried in macromolecular fibers through high temperature melting process. The fibers are blended with equal amount of high-quality cotton for the purposes of improving breatheableness and softness and thus making the fabric comfortable for users. The spandex fiber mixed in the fabric helps increase its elasticity and tenacity. As the fabric is a mixture of chemical fibers and cotton, it tends to form small fiber balls due to the friction in daily use and the balls of short Dacron fibers easily cling to the surface of cotton. We suggest that, when in winter, the far-infrared clothes shall not be worn directly with wool-knitted clothes, especially the deep color ones, because the direct contact with wool will cause the appearance of colored fiber balls. According to the feedback of our customers, its better that users wear low-color 100% cotton underwear over the Joymain clothes before they put on their colored wool-knitted clothes
