Why support animal rights groups when you can support humanitarian aid groups? Aren humans more important than animals?
Animal Rights groups exist because Animals lack the ability to get animal protection legislation passed. Of course Humans are more important than animals, but as a whole, humans are pretty good at protecting themselves. Until the animal kingdom can create a nonhuman creature capable of saying “Please stop that” I fear it will be the responsibility of the human race to protect the lesser races.
