Police said the car started to overheat in the west bound lanes of Interstate 70 in Vigo County. Police said the suspect told the victim to get off the interstate. According to police, the 21-year-old woman told authorities the suspect said to pull over on Old Fort Harrison Road in Vigo County. The suspect fled on foot and the woman ran to the home of Brenda Taylor. “My question to her was where did you come from, who are you, what do you want and again she asked me to call the police, which I did,” Taylor said.
