You should use web access through your browser to access FirstClass when you may not be on your own personal computer. For example, you can check your email when your are visiting family up in Boston (as long as they have a computer and Internet access!). For some, you may wish to forego the downloading and installation of the client software on your computer at home and just use the web access. This is fine.
