Why was george bush a bad president?
George W Bush was not a bad president. Look at the events that he was faced with and the decisions that he had to take. 9-11, Katrina, Stem Cell Research, and a failing economy that was the result of a massive inflation in the 90s due to massive increases in technology. After 2937 people died on september 11, the entire country wanted to apprehend those who performed the acts. Now those same people are mad because our soldiers are dying to chase down those responsible. He wanted to prevent another attack, and the only way was through an offensive decision. We let terrorists get away with one bombing on the world trade center, and look where that got us. Bush had a decision that was the best of the choices. Because of his funding for alternatives to stem cell research, they discovered the value of fluid within the ambilical cords that is used in treatment in many illnesses. He may not have had the highest IQ of our presidents, but W had the intestinal fortitude to stand by his decisions
