Why were applications/correspondence returned without being processed?
The most common reasons for applications/correspondence being returned without being processed are: • Application submitted without a photograph or a renewal number • Application submitted without a check for the full net premium • Check submitted without an application • Correspondence submitted without a TWIA policy number • Check not signed, incomplete or not made payable to TWIA • Several applications/correspondence received with one check (separate checks must be submitted for each application/correspondence) • Request not submitted by agent of record
