A11. These provisions were originally conceived as one of three unitization measures, a triptych of regulatory measures common across most other oil and gas jurisdictions. The COGOA clearly provides for the proclaiming of its Compulsory Unitization provisions, sections 39-47. See section 74, Coming Into Force, inthe COGOA.
