Why when forwarding an email with shaw webmail do my friends get it as an attachment?
Long answer: Easy simple and the best way: right click on the image, and choose “Save as” give the image a name, and make certain it has a .jpg or gif extension as many emailed photos have many different file names and extentions, and sometimes are only links to images on the web or other locations. When you save the image, be certain “where” you are saving the image, so you can locate the file to upload, attach and send to your email contacts… I have several friends that use yahoo email and forward everything including the 1000 email addresses and web bugs included with the email. I have visited them, shown them how to save the images, and how to do an inline forward, but they do not care, or are to lazy and just hit the forward button and send email as you indicate… I have written to yahoo, and asked in yahoo questions for a video to educate/show proper email etiquette, and how to send email without the rudeness of forwarding personal notes, images, and email addresses in an wrap
