Why will I have one child attending Clear Brook High School and one child attending Clear Springs High School? Why is there no exception for students with siblings currently attending other high schools to enroll at the same school as their sibling?

Clear Springs High School was built in an effort to reduce the numbers at both Creek and Brook, in order to support this effort all freshman and sophomores within the Clear Springs boundaries will be required to attend.
