You don’t provide much more information concerning the not draining or spinning other than the hose is not kinked. The motor should be running in drain and spin. If the motor is not running or humming then the most likely cause of this problem is not the motor or timer but the lid switch. If the washer will fill and agitate but will not drain or spin the most likely cause is a defective lid switch. On this washer a broken lid switch will allow the washer to fill and agitate but will not allow it to drain or spin. I recommend checking the lid switch first for this problem. You didn’t ask but if you are comfortable and confident in your do-it-yourself skills the lid switch is a part you can check and replace yourself.
