Why won WMP tell me the CD track names?

I’m using WMP 10. The command to get track names is under Tools · Options…:Privacy tab • Enhanced Playback and Device Experience • Display media information From the Internet But I’m guessing that if the WMP help site is blocked, it’s likely that the site with track listings is also blocked.

Roxio Easy CD Creator will also pull track names from the Web.
