Why would people not use a non-dairy creamer in their coffees/teas?
I’ve only skimmed the replies, but I agree, I don’t use it because it’s not real food. Frankly, I’d rather give up the coffee than use non-dairy creamer…(which I should do anyhow, because I’m not *supposed* to have caffiene anyhow ROFL) When I was ‘calorie counting’ it really helped to measure the half and half with a measuring spoon, because I’m generally heavy-handed with the free flow LOL.
